FSX Crashes to Desktop - ATC.dll

Postby matty231 » Thu Sep 13, 2012 11:23 am

Hi guys,

Installed EditVoicePack today and man it's great! I love it!

However, my FSX now crashes half way through flights, the screen just freezes and shows an error saying 'this program has stopped responding' and just points basically to the ATC.dll file being the error.

This didn't happen until after EVP was added in.

Any ideas please or help?

I've ran the EVP update to FSX twice & rebooted my PC with no fix yet to work.

SYSTEM:
x64 WIN 7 HOME PREMIUM
3570k INTEL i5
GTX660Ti
FSX SP2

Weather: AS2012 Traffic: UT2
Plane used during crash: PMDG 73NGX

Thanks for any help you can give me!

Restore the original voicepack
http://www.fsonline.dk/en/index.php?tit ... _voicepack

Then make sure everything is working before trying to update the voicepack again.

You might be unlucky and it is a single modification that cause the problem. While it is easy to exclude individual modifications from EditVoicepack, there is unfortunately no easy way to locate the problematic modification. :(
